Excellent service complimented by painless ear wax removal. It was wonderful not having to wait, I got seen to as soon as I walked in for my appointment. Friendly desk staff and very helpful over the phone as well. Will always use Hear4U Hinckley Hearing Centre

Great staff with excellent service. Completely deaf in my left ear I was booked in very quickly for wax removal, 20 minutes later normal service resumed. I won't hesitate to go back if needed.Highly recommended.

If you have blocked ear(s) read this!I'm 23 and I currently have exams going on, was very sudden that my left ear was blocked and I couldn't hear from it AT ALL.I was really really worried and was struggling without my hearing. The NHS didn't do much and were providing me further assistance in 12 days time.I immediately contacted Hear4U first thing on a Monday morning and they provided me with an appointment for Tuesday morning. They really tailored to my needs.I was nervous about this appointment as I didn't want further damage to my ears. The person advising was very very kind, helped me relax and explained everything in detail and talked me through my options.I chose to do water syringe to clear out my blocked ears! Was quick, easy, painless and the results were brilliant!I can hear again, and this has really helped me during my exam period... was worth spending the money and putting my trust into Hear4u. I'd recommend it to everyone!

The care my elderly mother received was excellent. The assessment and treatment by the specialist was very thorough and she explained everything before and during the procedure. Her kindness and patience was very much appreciated by my mum. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Leicester Hearing Centre to friends and family.

I went to hear 4 u. On 28 th September 2022. I seen Donna To have both ears done. Donna was very professional. Made me feel at ease. has I was very nervous. I would definitely recommend anyone going there.

A well deserved 5* rating from a previously anxious "older" lady. Harriet who performed my first ever ear wax removal explained the whole procedure and immediately put me at ease. No pain and all gain. A big thank you to both the lady at reception and to Harriet.

Great experience. Warm welcome and not waiting around for your appointment. The Staff were friendly and it doesn't feel clinical at all. The treatment only took a few minutes too. The wallpaper in the treatment room was gorgeous......i will be back if i need too.....Highly recommend

Cannot rate these lovely ladies highly enough. I had left it far too long before I plucked up enough courage to get my right ear unblocked (slightly traumatised by childhood experiences). I was welcomed, everything explained and the clinic is beautiful, not too white and clinical. I had both ears done and they feel brand new!
