Meet The Hear4U Director
Tyler-Jayne Woolman
Meet Tyler-Jayne Woolman, the dedicated managing director of Hear4U. With a wealth of expertise as a qualified and registered Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser, Tyler oversees all aspects of the company's operations. Her proficiency extends to specialised skills in Earwax Removal, including Water Irrigation, Microsuction, and the latest technique of Endoscopic Microsuction. Additionally, her qualification as a Tinnitus Counsellor allows her to provide invaluable support to patients dealing with tinnitus. As the driving force behind Hear4U, Tyler ensures the seamless functioning of all branches.
Our Expert Audiologists
Tony Iveson
Tony is a qualified and registered audiologist with over 25 years of experience to give you a friendly, efficient, and relaxed experience. He has been working with the company since 2021. Giving you access to the hearing you deserve. Based in our Hinckley centre 3 days a week, Tony is also a fully qualified Earwax Removal professional.
Harriet Varney
Harriet serves as a hearing aid dispenser at our clinic in Hinckley. She is also a qualified earwax removal specialist. She has exceptional clinical skills and a compassionate, patient-centred approach. Her passion for audiology and commitment to providing the best hearing care make her a valuable member of our team.
Roger Stokes
Roger Stokes is a qualified and registered Hearing Aid Audiologist, also qualified to perform Earwax Removal with Water Irrigation, Microsuction and the latest technique of Endoscopic Microsuction. He has been working with the company since 2018. Roger takes the lead in running the Leicester Branch and provides Home Visits in the Warwickshire area. Roger qualified in 1994.
Hearing Care Assistants
Donna Newitt
A certified Healthcare Assistant with a wealth of expertise in diverse techniques of earwax removal, Donna Newitt boasts over two decades of experience in this field. She has been working with the company since 2019. Not only does she currently operate across 2 of our Hear4U branches, but she also supervises our Earwax Removal Course delegates during their practical training. Donna is one of our most esteemed and experienced earwax removal specialists.
Friendly Clinic Staff
Emma Grogan
Emma is the Business Development Manager at Hear4u. She is based in the Hinckley Branch and has been working with the company since 2020. She enjoys spending time with family and friends whilst visiting new places.
Debbie Varney
Debbie is the Head Receptionist based at the Hinckley Hear4u clinic and has been working with the company since 2017. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on holidays and visiting new places. Her favourite places to visit are Cornwall, Devon and Turkey. She is able to help you with any problems you may have.
Sophie Doughty
Sophie is our receptionist and administrator at the clinic in Rothwell, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. She has been working with the company since 2018. From booking hearing tests and wax removals, to dealing with any other enquiries you may have, she is always there to help with your hearing care needs.
Beverly Bradbury
Bev is our administrator and receptionist at the Northamptonshire branch in Rothwell on Mondays and Tuesdays. She works to support the audiologists by taking your phone calls, booking appointments and welcoming you with a bright-eyed smile when you arrive. Bev has been with Hear4U since 2018 and is a very valued member of the team.
Natalie Taylor
Natalie is the Shop Manager at Hear4U's Leicester branch, bringing her extensive experience since joining the company in 2021. She is known for her exceptional management skills and dedication to providing top-notch customer service. In her free time, Natalie enjoys camping trips, leisurely walks with her beloved dogs, and spending quality time with her children and family.
Noah West
Noah is our welcoming reception administrator at the Hear4U Leicester clinic, primarily working in the afternoons from Monday to Friday. When she's not at work, Noah's passion lies in dancing on stage, creating projects, and crocheting various items. She's always ready to answer your questions and provide assistance with her bright and bubbly nature, making her a significant contributor to our team.
Bethany Simpson
Bethany is a friendly and helpful reception administrator at the Hear4U clinic in Newark. She brings a warm and welcoming presence to our team and is always ready to assist you with a smile. Bethany enjoys spending weekends away and quality time with family and friends. Her cheerful demeanour and customer-oriented approach make her a valuable asset to our team, providing excellent support to our customers and colleagues alike.
Lamima Chowdhury
Lamima is the lead audiologist at Hear4U Rothwell, holding a BSc in Audiology and fully qualified in earwax removal. Passionate about her work, she loves nothing more than making a positive difference in her patients’ lives. Her focus is always on delivering the highest standard of care, aiming to provide each patient with attentive and personalised support for their hearing needs.

There are no hidden extra costs! We are usually about 30% below National Company Prices such as Amplifon or Hidden Hearing, and we are willing to price match on prices given from other independents.
We are a company that adds extra value, alongside being clear of the full pricing of our hearing aid services we also offer up to 5 years of constant aftercare once we have fit your perfect hearing device.
