Moxi Blu clients report that despite the sound not being as natrual as other manufacturers there is a clear difference in the ability to hear in cafés, bars or pubs whilst out with family or friends.

What happens if I lose one of my Moxi Blu hearing aids?

If you’re a customer who has bought a pair of these Unitron hearing aids with us you’ll find that they have a unique feature to them. The Moxi Blu will have a distinct ring that will sound when you’ve moved too far away from the other pairing hearing aid, meaning that if one of your hearing aids was to fall out, the other would be able to notify you to stop and look for it.

In the event that you cannot find your hearing aid we can organise a replacement, but please bear in mind that this will come with additional costs to cover the price of the lost hearing aid for a replacement.
